I’m Gabe, a qualified PT based at V1BE Gym in Central Manchester, with a background in elite football and over 7 years of coaching experience across Australia and England.

My approach to training is built around helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best through sustainable, long-term coaching focused on posture, mobility, strength and overall health.

My Story

My approach to coaching has been shaped through years of elite football, personal experience and working with a wide range of clients across Australia and the UK. Everything I do is centred around helping people build stronger foundations through movement, performance and long-term health.

To Manchester

I grew up in Canberra before moving to Sydney at 16 to pursue football, eventually bringing me to the UK where I now live and coach full-time.

My Approach To Training

Training should do more than simply change the way you look. My coaching is built around helping people of all abilities, from complete beginners to athletes, move better, feel stronger and perform at their best through a balanced approach focused on long-term health, movement quality and sustainable progress.

  • Building strength starts with stability. My coaching focuses on creating stronger foundations through core control and joint stability to improve performance, reduce injury risk and support long-term progression.

  • Good movement is the foundation of everything I do. I help clients improve posture, mobility and movement patterns to reduce limitations, move more efficiently and feel better both in and outside the gym.

  • I focus on developing strength that carries over into everyday life, sport and overall physical wellbeing. The goal is to build a body that not only looks strong, but performs well too.

  • With a background in elite football, I understand the demands of athletic performance first-hand. I help clients improve speed, movement, conditioning and overall performance through structured, purposeful training.

  • I believe training should support your long-term health, not just short-term results. My approach is centred around creating sustainable habits and building a body that stays strong, mobile and healthy for years to come.

  • Training is about more than physical progress. Building confidence, discipline and resilience is a huge part of the process, helping clients feel stronger mentally as well as physically.
