Trainer. Educator.
Performance Partner.

Originally from Australia, I moved to the UK to continue my football career and now play semi-professionally alongside coaching full-time at V1BE Gym in central Manchester.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve worked with 250+ clients, helping people improve their strength, posture, mobility and athletic performance through a holistic approach to training focused on long-term health and sustainable results.
